How Can myoclonic Seizures In Infants be Treated?

My 13 month son having myclonic seizures issue. Because of that he is still not seating or crawling or any type of eye contact or not following light and not much activities. As per doctors advise, from last couple of months he is taking Phenobarbital daily 2 times @ 3ml and some exercises as per advised by physiotherapist. But not much improvement. Because of the medicine most of the time he is in sleep. When he cry too much / we try to give him exercise or awake from sleep, then seizures we can see by jerking his head. I am from Bangladesh, currently leaving in Oman. Here local doctors advised to take my son to India for treatment which is very hard for me to arrange all expenses and following. May i have your advice in this. Thank you Biswas YYYY@YYYY
